Currently, ChatCGM only supports integration with Nightscout, an open-source cloud application widely used by people with diabetes and parents of kids with diabetes. Nightscout allows you to visualize, store, and share data from your Continuous Glucose Monitoring (CGM) sensors in real-time. Most available CGM sensors and pumps can connect to Nightscout, making it a very versatile data source. If you aren't using Nightscout yet, we highly recommend checking it out.

Yes, ChatCGM is fully accessible through Telegram, a widely-used and secure messaging app available on both Android and iOS devices. By leveraging Telegram, ChatCGM ensures a seamless and responsive user experience, making it easy for you to manage your diabetes from anywhere, anytime.

ChatCGM only has access to the data you provide us, which includes your Blood Sugar Readings as well as Carbs and Bolus Insulin Intake information if you are tracking them with Nightscout. We do not have access to any other personal or medical information unless explicitly provided by you in the chat.

ChatCGM can provide general observations and recommendations based on your CGM data, such as identifying meals that lead to glucose spikes or suggesting times when your glucose levels tend to be out of range. However, specific dietary changes or insulin dosage adjustments should always be discussed with and approved by your healthcare provider.
